Your order is very important to us and it will process as quickly as possible. Orders are processed during business hours. Most orders are processed within a 24-hour period and will be shipped out the next business day after receiving the order. If for some reason this process is not completed within the allotted time, you will be notified of the delay. We will also notify you when the order is processed and on its way.
Hazardous Materials
We can only ship hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and flammable items via ground shipping to locations in the continental US. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as: fuels, model rocket engines, and ignitors.
Pricing and Additional Shipping
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, if the price of a purchased item has changed, we will notify you and you have the right to cancel the order.
If you upgrade a free ground shipping item to a faster method of shipping, an additional charge for shipping will apply.
