Hobby Warehouse appreciates its loyal customers, which is why we created a rewards program for you called Hobby XP. For every dollar that you spend at Hobby Warehouse, you will receive 10 XP. For every 10 XP you earn, you can redeem them for $1 off future purchases of your choosing.
The best part about the Hobby XP program is that itʼs completely free. All you have to do is register for a Hobby Warehouse account online. After your credit card is charged for the order, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your Hobby XP points balance. You will also be able to check on your points in your Hobby Warehouse account. Just click on ʻMy Accountʼ at the top of the Hobby Warehouse homepage to find out how many points you have under the ʻHobby XPʼ section. If you have 100 XP, you can redeem them for a $10 redemption code right then and there. Or you can wait to redeem your Hobby XP points and work towards a larger redemption value, receiving $1 for every 10 points you have in your account.
To redeem your points, just go into ʻMy Accountʼ, find the ʻHobby XPʼ section, and click on ʻRedeem XPʼ. Type in how many points you want to redeem, and you will then receive an e-mail with a redemption code. Use that code when you checkout at your next Hobby Warehouse purchase, and it will automatically subtract the gift certificate amount from your total. (Note: Make sure to write down the gift certificate code or save the e-mail with the code because you will not receive another one if you lose it.)
You will have approximately 3 months to redeem the Hobby XP, so make sure you want to use them within that allotted time. If you donʼt want to redeem it within that 3-month period, wait to redeem your points at a later date. Once you redeem all your points, your Hobby XP account balance will go back to zero. You will then be able to start over, working towards earning another certificate.

3) How many Hobby XP points do I need in order to get a Hobby Warehouse gift certificate?
For every 10 points you earn, you will receive a $1 credit. You can redeem it at that time, or you can wait to accumulate more points to redeem it for a gift certificate of an even greater value.
4) How do I know how many Hobby XP points Iʼve accumulated?

6) What do I do once I receive the ʻRedeem Your Pointsʼ e-mail?
The e-mail will give you a gift certificate code that you can use at the checkout of your next Hobby Warehouse purchase. Whatever amount of money you redeemed will automatically be subtracted from your checkout total. (Note: Make sure to write down the gift certificate code or save the e-mail with the code because you will not receive another one if you lose it.)
7) How long do I have to redeem my Hobby XP?
The ʻRedeem Your Pointsʼ e-mail will tell you exactly how long you have to redeem your points, which should be approximately 3 months. If you donʼt think youʼll redeem your certificate within that 3-month period, just wait to redeem your points at a later date.
8) What happens after I redeem all my Hobby XP points?
Your account will go back to zero, and you will be able to start accumulating points towards another Hobby XP gift certificate.
