Instant Jet sets fastest, usually in 10-20 seconds. Its watery consistency allows it to "wick" into porous material to provide extra reinforcement in the substrate material. It also forms an excellent, corrosive-resistant finish. It is useful both for "tack" gluing and various final bonds.
