We recommend that you ship paintballs via Standard Ground Shipping (we are 3 days away from pretty much everywhere in the United States since we are in Kansas City, KS). Shipping paintballs via air transport increases the risk of breakage. We are not responsible for any ball breaks that may occur during shipping, especially during the winter or summer. All paintballs are fresh and arrive on a weekly basis. All cases of paint are checked before shipment for broken balls and are packed in boxes surrounded with packing pnuts. Sorry but there are no returns on paintballs that are shipped out. We take every precaution to get you your paint in the best condition and shortest time. Shell and paint color varies. You can request a color in the notes sectin when checking out. We will try to accomodate your color request, we do not guarantee what color paintball you will receive. Orders are shipped based on what is in stock.
